WeDid: Student Enrolment Form & Confirmation Email
If a student is interested to register for a course, the admin will need to print out the default course enrolment form and fill in course data (course name, start date, end date, etc) before they send it to the student. Once the student is registered, a manual confirmation slip (student details, class time, etc.) will be created and sent to the student by post. This process is tedious and manual.
- Automate enrolment form generation (pre-populate with course data) and email to student
- Automate student confirmation (pre-populate enrolment data) by emails
