Challenges
Customer has a requirement to integrate eCommerce orders from Magento into their Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system and SmartTurn their warehouse management system. This will eliminate manual keying of data between the systems and provide not only an automated process flow but free up a considerable amount of time for staff currently involved in these activities.
Solution:
Purpose | Automate sales order creation from Magento to Microsoft Dynamics GP and Smart Turn. Automate Product information synchronisation between Microsoft Dynamics GP and SmartTurn. Microsoft Dynamics GP is updated once shipping is confirmed in SmartTurn. Any inventory adjustments are synchronised from SmartTurn to Microsoft Dynamics GP |
