Salesforce Report: Open Cases

Report Name: Open Cases.
Purpose: To list out all open cases which are more than 30 days by case owner.
Related Records: All open case records exceeding more than 30 days.
Benefit: The support division will have a total view of all the open cases which are more than 30 days. This will assist the support team to set priority towards each case as accordingly. e.g. set a higher priority on the cases that have a higher number of days opened.
