Barcode Scanning

RIO Inventory supports the use of a scanner for inventory adjustment of SKU or Serial Products. The scanner used in for this demonstration was a Wireless Bluetooth Barcode Scanner that was installed on our desktop.

The scanners tested acted as simple input devices once they were connected if a barcode was scanned the converted SKU or Serial Number would display as text. This is a good test that your scanner is working prior to testing in RIO Inventory.
