  •  The selected Product will be added to product list underneath.
    • Using a scanner:
      • Real-time feature: by default, this is checked, and refreshing latest information about the product being selected or scanned.
      • Uncheck Real-time checkbox for scanning products offline (Ideal for large warehouse operations with less internet connectivity).

Important: Once scanning of products is complete, before saving, connect the device to the internet and click the Refresh button to sync product information.

5. Specify the Quantity (Qty) to be updated.

    • A negative value will reduce the Product quantity on hand (WH ON HAND) for the Product at the specified Warehouse Location.
    • A positive value will add the Product quantity on hand (WH ON HAND) for the Product at the specified Warehouse Location.

6. Specify whether to set Overwrite the Existing QOH (Overwrite QOH):

    • Checking the box will overwrite the existing quantity on hand, this is useful in a stocktake.

7. Add an optional comment that describes the transaction.  (e.g. Received 10 Triangles into the warehouse)

    • Comment on the top of the screen will be used as default comment unless products have specific comments against them.

8. If Cost Tracking is enabled for the Product, a Unit Cost field will appear that needs to be added. Refer to Cost Tracking for more information.

    • The field Unit Cost will only be visible if the Product has the field Cost Tracking checked.
    • If a Default Unit Cost has been specified at the Product level that will be populated here.

9. If the selected Product is a Batch or Serial Product, you will also be prompted to insert Batch Number, Expiry Date, and Best Before Date.

    • Multiple Serials can be scanned/entered into the system. This is possible using the below 2 options.
      • Use Barcode scanner to scan multiple serials
      • Type or copy a comma-separated list of serials and press Enter

10. Click on the red bin to remove unwanted Products from the list.
