In RIO Finance, we match a Salesforce Contact’s Account to a Saasu Company. If you have multiple accounts or companies with the same name, the first time you try to sync a contact to Saasu will fail because it won’t know which company to link to.
There are two ways to fix this:
1. Clear up any duplicate Accounts/Companies, either by renaming them so all names are unique, or by deleting the unneeded ones.
2. Find the Saasu UID of the Company you want to use, and put it as the Account’s External ID.
