Update My Profile (Student Community Home Page)

 

1. Click my Profile tile from the Student Community home page.

2. Click the Edit button.

3. Fill in or update contact’s details.

4. When complete, click Save.

 

 

My Settings (Student Community Navigation Menu Tab)

 

1. From the Menu, click My Settings.

2. Fill in or update users account, location, profile visibility and email notifications details.

3. When complete, click Save.

 

 

Change Password 

 

1. From My Settings, click Change Password.

2. Fill in your Current Password.

3. Enter a New Password for the Community account.  

4. The new password must contain:

  • at least 8 characters, 
  • at least 1 letter, 
  • contains at least 1 number,
  • and the new password is not an old/previously used password.

5. Retype the password to Verify New Password.

6. When complete, click Save.

 

 

 

My Account (Student Community Navigation Menu Tab)

 

1. From the Menu, click My Account.

  • Note: Displayed under Account Name is the administrative account name.

 

 

Contact Support (Student Community Navigation Menu)

 

1. From the Menu, click My Account.

2. Fill in support’s subject, case, and description.

3. If there is a file to submit along with the support request, click Upload File to attach a document or other file with the support request.  Otherwise skip to step 6.

4. Select the file to upload and then click Upload File.

5. After file has been successfully uploaded, click Done.

  • Note: File to submit will be displayed under the support description text box.

6. When complete, click Submit.

 

 

Log Out (Student Navigation Menu Tab) 

 

1. From the Menu, click Logout.

 

 

 

My Transcript (Student Community Home Page)

 

1. Click my Transcript tile from the Student Community home page.

2. Select the Enrolment ID that is associated with the students contact.

 

 

 

Add A New Group In my Groups (Student Community Home Page)

 

1. Click my Groups tile from the Student Community home page.

2. Click the New button.

3. Fill in the details for the new group.

4. When complete, click the Save & Next.

 

 

 

Log A Case From My Case (Student Community Home Page)

 

1. Click my Case tile from the Student Community home page.

2. Click the Log A Case button.

3. Fill in the cases’s details: name, case reason, and description.

4. When complete, click Confirm.

 

 

Password Reset (Student Community Login)

 

1. From the login screen, click Forgot Your Password?.

2. Fill in the Username and then click Continue.

3. Follow the prompt to go to your nominated email account associated with this Community account.

4. From the email inbox, click to open the Your new RIO Community password email.

5. From the body of the email, click the Your password has been reset for RIO Community, go to: email link to set up a new login password.

6. Enter a new password for the Community account.  

  • The new password must contain:
    • at least 8 characters,
    • at least 1 letter,
    • contain at least 1 number.
    • and the new password is not an old/previously used password.

7. Retype the password to confirm the new password.

8. When complete, click Change Password
