Create an Educational Institution Account

1. Click the Accounts tab from the navigation bar.

2. Click the New button.

3. Select Educational Institution An educational institution record type.

4. Click Next.

5. Fill in the educational institution’s name, and other details. 

6. Fill in the educational institution’s address. 

7. When complete, click Save.

 

Create Account University Department

1. Click the Accounts tab from the navigation bar.

2. Click the New button.

3. Select University Department A department in the university record type.

4. Click Next.

5. Fill in the department’s name, and other details. 

  • Note: The Parent Account is the University from previously created.

6. When complete, click Save.

 

 

Create Account Location – Campus

1. Click the Accounts tab from the navigation bar.

2. Click the New button.

3. Select Location A location such as a room or building – used for session planning etc record type.

4. Click Next.

5. Fill in the location’s name, and other details. 

  • Note: Check Campus if this location is a campus.

6. Fill in location’s address.

7. When complete, click Save.

 

Create Account Locations – Classrooms

1. Click the Accounts tab from the navigation bar.

2. Click the New button.

3. Select Location A location such as a room or building – used for session planning etc record type.

4. Click Next.

5. Fill in the location’s name, and other details. 

  • Note: Parent Account and Parent Location 
  • Note: Leave Campus unchecked for a classroom.

6. Fill in location’s address.

7. When complete, click Save.
