Payment records are created in Community after students have enrolled within their selected Course.
- For example, a student has enrolled in BUS101 and Payment is completed. If the student has enrolled in another Course (BUS102) they will be required to make another payment. To cover both Course payments, the student will be required to select both to pay.
- The previous payment record for BUS101 will be set to ‘Void’ and a new payment will include both BUS101 & BUS102 into payment line
Payment record will be created with line item
The line item record will be linked with the related course connection record
