Career Transition Assistance (CTA) is an Australian Government initiative for job seekers aged 45 years and above. This initiative is to build their confidence and skills, as well as making them more competitive in the labour market.

CTA providers need an integrated system to keep track of the job seekers information including – inquiry details, personal information, skill levels, expectations, requirements and progress.

Salesforce and RIO Education provide a platform to support this and more.

 

Career Transition Assistance on RIO Education

RIO Education allows you to:

  • Handle inquiries from job seekers and providers
  • Store communications between job seekers and providers
  • Schedule interview appointments
  • Capture enrollments to the programs – progress tracking, participation, attendance

 

Inquiry and Follow-up

Using the Salesforce Lead functionality, we can track the details of the job seek’s inquiry. Any follow-up emails and phone calls are captured in the system:

 

 

When interviewing job seekers, an appointment is set up using the Salesforce Event Feature. Visibility of appointments is made easy with the below calendar view:

 

 

Enrollment

When a job seeker is accepted into a program, the enrollment process will be initiated. Enrollment is then created automatically for the job seeker. The enrollment will hold the job seeker’s program completion rules, as well as providing an instant status of their % of completion.

 

 

All the relevant modules and workshops can be automatically enrolled.
